From ten years ago (more or less — it aired earlier, but went online later, you can see our apology for tardiness below) here’s episode 233 of CFRO’s weekly hour-long Accordion Noir radio program, featuring the triumphant return of Rowan from a continent simply bursting with accordions — including a couple of surreptitious bootleg field recordings.  At its original online home it logged some 6172 listens, and you should be able to continue enjoying it as digital audio courtesy of the Internet Archive.  Here’s its playlist:

AccNoir–2011-05-25, Rowan Returns from Amsterdam, and Petar Ralchev from Bulgaria too.

Happy spring-time, and please, support Accordion Noir and Co-op Radio (without whom there wouldn’t be an Accordion Noir), by becoming a member. Go to http://www.AccordionNoir.org or http://www.CoopRadio.org and donate online. We really especially supporters who’ve become “sustaining” donors by arranging to donate a little bit every month.
