From ten years ago, here’s episode 156 of Accordion Noir radio.  As part of our traditional end-of-year festivities, this program was a roundup of the best recordings we’d aired from live, in-studio guests during the year of 2009.  As a happy aside, as noted below this episode aired the same day as our 2009 anniversary, late-night broadcast we shared last week, which saw us leaving the radio station around 3:30 am and returning to run this program 18 hours later.  So if we sound a little tired, we probably are!  At its original online home it garnered some 9067 listens, and we know that trend will only continue over at its new, forever online home at the Internet Archive where you can listen to it today.  Here’s its playlist!

I did it again, at the beginning of the earlier version I posted of this show, I forgot to cut off ten minutes of the Gospel Train, in all its glory admittedly. I fixed it.

In case you’re wondering, the GunBellows show was on Dec 4th at 2 AM, this show was the same day, but hours later at our regular 9:30 PM time. Long day.
