From ten years ago minus a day, here’s episode 257 of CFRO Co-op Community Radio’s weekly hour-long Accordion Noir program.  A theme for the program is difficult to discern from here beyond our standard excellent mix of squeezebox recordings in different musical genres from different parts of the planet, which is theme enough!  At its original online home it logged some 5114 listens, and you can continue enjoying listening to it today as digital audio courtesy of the Internet Archive.  Here’s its playlist:

Tonight’s cover illustration is: A mysterious advertisement for accordion-shaped security windows? Or something more sinister? “broker-security-systems…” Perhaps an attempt to profit off of people’s fears of “crime” despite sinking crime rates? Fear costs, and profits others. But what’s up with the accordion windows?
