Accordion Noir radio playlist 2021-06-23: Midsummer Night’s Squeeze

With the coming of the solstice, warm, sunny weather has been unleashed throughout our homebase of Vancouver, BC, and I can see that the weather has been on the mind of our programmer Bruce, who curated a playlist of songs from the sunny side of the street to appear on this week’s hour-long episode of CFRO’s weekly Accordion Noir radio broadcast. If your Apple or Android podcast subscriptions (strongly recommended!) haven’t alerted you to its availability yet, you can enjoy listening to it as digital audio courtesy of the Internet Archive. Here’s its playlist!

A listener emailed us during the broadcast to let us know Camille West was part of the 4 Bitchin’ Babes collective/group/project. That led me to West’s old website where you can still get her record. Thanks for listening! 🪗Bruce
