Accordion Noir Radio Playlist 2020-10-28, Soundscape / Accordion Noir: The Night The Drone Stood Still

Don’t miss the 2021 sequel: The Return of the Living Drone Fund Drive Special
A bit over a week and it feels like a world ago, as part of the spooky Fall Fund Drive for Vancouver Co-op Radio, we teamed up with our radio neighbour (normally on just before us), Brady Marks from the experimental sound-art show Soundscape. For years we’ve traded Pauline Oliveros tunes and talked about co-operating on an episode to raise funds for our co-operative radio station. This year, in the spirit of coming together in COVID isolation, we produced an almost four-hour experimental/drone-tone accordion extended-mix. Presumably an unprecedented event, it is available for your ears now.
If you haven’t yet been notified of the availability of this triple-length episode by your Apple or Android podcast subscriptions, you may listen or download the episode as digital audio courtesy of the Internet Archive.
It was a particular joy to produce this show with Brady, and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
