Arts Rational 2019-11-14

This Thursday night, Accordion Noir radio host Bruce Triggs joined the hosts of CFRO Co-Op radio’s longstanding weekly arts current affairs program Arts Rational in order to talk shop, effectively promoting this weekend’s 12th annual Accordion Noir Festival program, promoting his squeezebox history book Accordion Revolution (which he will be performing readings from this Saturday afternoon at the Accordion Noir Festival’s Community Day at Spartacus Books!), and walking down radio memory lane with longstanding CFRO colleagues. It was an excellent conversation, and just in case you missed it going out live on the air, we saved it on the Internet Archive for you! Here’s a profoundly misleading playlist:

… and a whooooole lotta chatting!

Thanks for reading us here (and hopefully listening to us, there), but if you find you want more, you can always keep up with us on Twitter (@AccordionNoir and @AccordionBruce), Instagram (@AccordionNoirFest), and Facebook at Accordion Noir fansthe Accordion Noir Festival (it is on tonight. That, or you have missed it!), and the Vancouver Squeezebox Circle. Cheers & squeeze on!
