Accordion Noir radio playlist 2009-08-14: Pleasantly-surprising-guest Victor Smith!

Ten years ago, Victor Smith — friendly man about town, onetime host of the Vancouver Squeezebox Circle in his living room when we discovered the Little Mountain Gallery had not been unlocked in time — was playing a Wheat In The Barley gig at the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Garden on a radio night.  We told him — “hey, you’re just around the corner from CFRO, when you’re done playing you ought to go another couple of blocks and join us on the air as [that] week’s guest!”  I guess he thought the neat convenience of it all was a good idea, as he joined us for episode 141 of our weekly program.  At its original online home it has been enjoyed at least 10357 times, and we hope that it continues being listened to indefinitely at its new online home at the Internet Archive, where you can enjoy listening to it right this minute!
