From ten years back, here’s an archival episode of Accordion Noir Classic where we featured new squeezebox music from hot Canadian songwriters like Mark Berube and Wendy McNeill.  But everything old is new again — ten years along, Berube just played a show in town earlier this month (though it is deeply unclear that he has brought his accordion along with him forward through the years), while Wendy McNeill will be joining us at our festival’s closing party in just a few weeks!  (Better buy tickets now!)

A note on our late podcasts:
Ok, after all the work of our first Accordion Noir Festival, I (Bruce) am going to reduce the amount of editing I do on the raw podcast files, so we can get them out quicker. I had been listening to each show and balancing levels and cutting out some dead-air. Now I’ll try just trimming the start and stop so you’ll hear our show “live,” and we’ll see how it goes. I did this show in five minutes, saving an hour! So, you might get ten podcasts in one night! I still have to finish this playlist, and the internet is down. Oh, it’s back!
