Accordion Noir radio playlist: 2007-12-28 (Live Guests from 2007)
As we approach the end of the year, we try to spice things up with a little special year-in-review content, a tradition we’ve tried to uphold since our first year on the air back in 2007. Speaking of which… here, in the classic Accordion Noir Radio episode number 57, we ran a highlights reel of recorded performances we’d featured live on the air in our first year — participating acts included Mark Berube, Joanna Chapman-Smith, the Creaking Planks, Douglas Schmidt, Gunshae and the late Tarkin.
At its original online home it was appreciated some 2948 times, but we are confident that nostalgia for the in-retrospect sane and sedate oughties will sent that odometer at its new online home skyrocketing as the years progress. Here is its playlist (oh, the tugging at the millennial heart strings, seeing Myspace and Geocities links!), allowing you to follow along at home!
