There it is — the instrument played at the function Geoff Berner describes in his song “Victory Party“.  And a time was had by all.  It was real!  OK, moving right along, folks… here it is, the post enshrining yesterday’s episode of Accordion Noir, filled with squeezy friends old and new — including some you’ll have a chance to enjoy live, in person, in a couple of weeks at the 10th annual Accordion Noir Festival.  In the meantime, this radio program has to suffice.  You can enjoy listening to the episode for a limited time as a digital audio stream or you can download an MP3 of last night’s accordion power hour from its hosting at the Internet Archive.  And now, without further ado… its playlist:
