Episode number ? six ? of Accordion Noir Radio Classic, from way back on January 12 2007 (airing, if you will recall, 2-3 in the morning), we’re back on track to keep pace sharing historical episodes from a decade ago along with modern episodes which, sorry, just need a little trim before being ready for prime time — with a little extra perk on top, to boot! At its old home this episode rung up 7152 listens over the past 10 years, but we think it’s just sitting on untapped potential and look forward to sharing it at its new home with thousands more listeners over the next decade and beyond! Anyhow, while you can hear it at the link above, here’s the playlist to help you follow along:

We should really find some standardized boilerplate way of entreating you with all of our social media hookups, because repeating this pitch 500 times is going to get old really fast. That said, the accordion beat on social media is evergreen, so every day gives you new reasons to see which squeezy signals we’re boosting and what the day’s free reed news is (hint: today it’s the announcement of “Weird” Al’s accordion-shaped career retrospective boxed set): you can keep up with us on Twitter as @AccordionNoir and @AccordionBruce, on Instagram as @AccordionNoirFest, and on Facebook through groups for our three faces there: Accordion Noir fans, the Accordion Noir Festival, and the Vancouver Squeezebox Circle. Cheers & squeeze on!
